Is Liquidfi a bank or an exchange?
No. Liquidfi is self-custody wallet software. It does not hold customer funds, take deposits or match trades. Trades happen on the public Stellar and XRP Ledger networks, directly from your own wallet.
What if I lose my phone?
Install Liquidfi on a new device and restore your wallets with your 24-word recovery phrase. Without the phrase, nobody, including us, can recover your funds.
Who handles card purchases?
Stripe. When you buy crypto, you check out on Stripe's secure page, and the coins are delivered straight to your Liquidfi wallet. Stripe handles payment, identity checks and any refunds.
Where is Liquidfi available?
The wallet works anywhere it is legal to use. Buying with a card depends on Stripe's coverage, which currently includes most U.S. states.
Does Liquidfi cost anything?
The app is free. Swaps, market orders and stop orders carry a 0.25% fee. Limit orders are free.
