Terms of Service · Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026
These Terms are a contract between you and Greenleaf Partners ("Liquidfi," "we," "us"). By using the Liquidfi app or website, you agree to them. Section 13 requires individual arbitration and waives class actions.
Liquidfi is self-custody wallet software for the Stellar and XRP Ledger networks. It helps you view balances, send and receive, and place trades on those networks' public exchanges from your own wallet. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian or money transmitter, and we never hold your funds.
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Liquidfi after a change means you accept it. If you don't, stop using Liquidfi.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use Liquidfi if you are on a U.S. sanctions list or located in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions, or anywhere its use is illegal. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.
Your private keys and recovery phrase are created and stored on your device. We never see them and cannot recover them. If you lose them, your funds are lost. You alone authorize every transaction. Blockchain transactions are final: we cannot cancel, reverse or refund them, including ones sent to a wrong address.
Nothing in Liquidfi is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Prices, charts and quotes are for information only and may be delayed or wrong. You decide what to buy, sell or hold.
Crypto assets are volatile and can lose all their value. Networks, exchanges and token issuers can fail, be hacked, freeze assets or change their rules. Orders may fill at a different price than shown, or not at all. Software, including Liquidfi, can have bugs. Use only funds you can afford to lose.
Some features connect you to services we don't control, such as Stripe or Coinbase for buying crypto, and the Stellar and XRP Ledger networks and their exchanges. Those services have their own terms, fees and identity checks, which you agree to with them directly. Purchases, payments, refunds and disputes are handled by that provider, not by us. We are not responsible for their actions or outages.
Network fees are paid to the network. Some Liquidfi features charge a fee, which is shown before you confirm. Third-party providers set their own fees. We may receive compensation from providers you choose to use.
Don't use Liquidfi to break the law, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, commit fraud or manipulate markets. Don't interfere with, attack, copy or reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything on Stripe's restricted business list. We may block access to features at any time to protect users or comply with the law.
Liquidfi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise it will be error-free, secure or always available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost funds, profits or data, arising from your use of Liquidfi or any third-party service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs from claims caused by your misuse of Liquidfi or your breach of these Terms.
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If the class-action waiver in Section 13 is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not arbitration. We may end or suspend access to Liquidfi at any time. Your keys and funds stay yours. These Terms are the entire agreement about Liquidfi. Questions: support@liquidfi.com.

Liquidfi is self-custody wallet software made by Greenleaf Partners ("Liquidfi," "we," "us"). It is built to collect as little about you as possible. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the Liquidfi app and this website.
Your private keys and recovery phrase are created on your device and stored there encrypted with your PIN. Your wallet names, saved addresses and settings are also stored only on your device. We never receive any of them and cannot see or recover them.
Your wallet addresses, balances and transactions are recorded on the public Stellar and XRP Ledger networks, where anyone can see them. This is how those networks work, and it is not controlled by us. To show your balances and send your transactions, the app connects to public network servers (for example, Stellar Horizon and XRP Ledger servers). Those servers see your IP address and the addresses you look up, under their own policies.
If you buy crypto with a card or bank account, you check out with a provider such as Stripe (and its partners) or Coinbase. That provider collects your name, contact details, payment details and identity verification directly, under its own privacy policy. To start a purchase, our server sends the provider your wallet address, the coin and the amount, and keeps a record of the purchase session (wallet address, amount, status and time) so the app can show your purchase history. We do not receive your card number, bank details or identity documents.
Some optional features, such as stop orders, run on a server we operate. When you use them, the server stores what it needs to carry out your instruction, such as your wallet address, the order details and a signed authorization, until the order is done or cancelled. It never receives your private keys.
The app loads public prices and order books from exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken and Binance. Those requests do not include your wallet information.
Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and operations. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to answer you. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
We use the limited information above only to provide and secure Liquidfi, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We share it only with service providers that help us run Liquidfi, when required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Protecting your device, PIN and recovery phrase is your responsibility.
You can use the wallet without giving us any personal information. You can delete the app's data from your device at any time; make sure you have your recovery phrase first. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email support@liquidfi.com. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Liquidfi is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
